This policy explains what personal information "My Aussie Citizenship Practice" (the "App"), operated by The Australian One Stop Shop, collects and how it's used, in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
Using the two free mock tests doesn't require an account and doesn't collect any personal information. If you unlock premium access, we collect: your email address (for passwordless sign-in and purchase records), your quiz progress and results (to show your history and mistakes), and payment confirmation from our payment processors (we never see or store your card details).
Solely to run your account, remember your progress across devices, process your one-time purchase, and provide support if you contact us. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.
Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and Stripe/RevenueCat for payment processing. Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms as our service providers.
Your data may be stored on servers located outside Australia, as is standard for these service providers. By using the App, you consent to this.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, at any time.
