The $9.99 premium unlock is a one-time payment, not a subscription — you're never charged again for it.
If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked, as long as you haven't made extensive use of the premium features.
If a technical fault stops you from accessing what you paid for, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you — this reflects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantee that digital products are of acceptable quality and match their description, and these guarantees can't be excluded or limited by this policy.
