"My Aussie Citizenship Practice" (the "App") is provided by The Australian One Stop Shop, an Australian sole trader ("we", "us"). These terms apply whenever you use the App or this website.
The App is a study aid to help you prepare for the Australian citizenship test. It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs. Practice questions and explanations are provided for revision purposes only and are not a guarantee of the content or outcome of the official test.
Two full mock tests are available free of charge, no account required. A one-time payment of AUD $9.99 unlocks unlimited mock tests, category practice, Australian Values practice, and the "My Mistakes" review feature, for as long as the App is offered. This is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription, and is not set to auto-renew.
Signing in uses a passwordless email link. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign in with, since it's how your purchase and progress are recovered.
Payments are processed by Stripe and RevenueCat on our behalf. We do not see or store your card details. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
Don't attempt to resell, scrape, or redistribute the App's question content, and don't attempt to circumvent the payment system.
We take care to keep content accurate, but we don't guarantee it is complete, error-free, or fully up to date with the current official test, and using the App does not guarantee you will pass the official citizenship test. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the App's content.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. We'll post the updated date above when we do.
